Brilliance in Black will exchange or refund any unworn item and items still in resellable condition.  Customer must notify us, by email, indicating the reason within 3 days of receipt of the item.  The approval of refunds and exchanges is completely to Brilliance in Black’s discretion.  
Refunds and exchanges will be processed upon return of the original item purchased.  All returns must be accompanied with a note stating the approved reason for return.  Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, unless otherwise arranged with Brilliance in Black.  Please allow 3-5 business days from the time we receive your return for credit card refunds.
